Suite Catering

World famous Levy Restaurants is your award-winning dining provider, bringing its signature high quality restaurant expertise to The Palace of Auburn Hills. In order for us to make your event even more pleasurable, we would like to outline some helpful information.

To provide you with the highest quality of service available and to receive a 5% food discount on your order, orders must be received by 4:30 p.m. a minimum of one business day prior to your event. For Saturday, Sunday and Monday events, please place your order by 4:30 p.m. on Friday. In addition to Online Ordering, completed order forms may also be submitted by fax or email.

If you are unable to submit your order in advance, please feel free to order from your suite when you arrive by using the in-house courtesy suite phone. You may also contact our Suite Catering Representative with any questions by calling 248.377.8450 or email to suitecatering@palacenet.com between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To process an order in advance a credit card with expiration date is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or cash for payment. Sorry, checks are not accepted. Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to 19% service charge plus applicable 6% sales tax.

Food Delivery

We are committed to doing our utmost to ensure your hot food is delivered at the time you requested on your pre-order form. When pre-ordering food, you may select from four general time frames:

Between 90 minutes and 60 minutes prior to the event.
Between 60 minutes and 30 minutes prior to the event.
Between 30 minutes prior and the start of the event.
During the first hour of the event.

Suite Catering

Enjoy world class catering and professional service in your luxurious suite at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Our team of chefs have prepared an impressive line-up featuring an all-encompassing menu certain to please all suite guests attending any event at The Palace from sesame seared tuna to toasted flatbread pizzettes and cuban-spiced grilled skirt steak. The Suite menu offers a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including an extensive wine selection to be ordered nightly or set-up on our par-bar ordering system. Also, each month Levy Restaurants will provide suiteholders with monthly catering specials featuring new and favorite menu items for your ordering convenience. For your convenience one of our professional suite servers will visit your suite throughout the event to provide any additional services you may need including restocking of your beverages. If you should need special assistance for bartending, or food and beverage service in your suite for a special occasion, please contact our Suite Catering Department to make these arrangements at least five business days in advance.

Par Beverage Stock

A par beverage stock is the restocking of beverages and bar needs per your specifications. Contact our Suite Catering Department to set up your par beverage level. This service helps to ensure that you and your guests have adequate beverages on-hand and available immediately upon arrival at your suite.

Alcoholic Beverages

Bringing any food or beverage into The Palace of Auburn Hills is strictly prohibited. By law any beverages to be consumed in the suites must be obtained from The Palace and may not be removed from the building. Although it is the responsibility of the suite owner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suite, The Palace reserves the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons who appear to be intoxicated.

Equipment

All suites are provided with a contemporary-style chafing unit for hot foods. This is a permanent part of the suite and should not be removed. A supply of biodegradable flatware, plates and napkins will be available in each suite. Should you desire to entertain on china, silverware or glassware, we can make this available on a rental basis per person or place setting per event.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost property, articles or equipment. Please be sure to take your personal property with you when vacating your suite or secure it in your private, lockable cabinet. Loss, breakage or damage of equipment provided by Levy Restaurants will result in payment in full for said item.

Palace Grille

The Palace Grille is open to the general public for lunch Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Located inside of the suiteholders' entrance, it is a great place to meet clients or friends for lunch.

On event nights the Palace Grille is the exclusive dining area for suiteholders and royalty seatholders.

Levy Restaurants has created a menu to make every visit to the Palace Grille a new experience. The award-winning cuisine represents many regions around the world including tastes from Northern Italy and the Mediterranean. You may view the Grille menu at www.palacenet.com/dining.

The Palace Grille begins taking reservations 30 days in advance for all shows.
